Fallopian tube torsion associated with adnexal tumor hydrosalpinx and paraovarian cyst presenting with recurrent mild lower abdominal pain: A report of two cases

چکیده
Fallopian tube torsion secondary to an adnexal tumor presents with nonspecific symptoms, and preoperative diagnosis is challenging. We report two cases of hydrosalpinx paraovarian cyst accompanying fallopian that clinically presented recurrent mild lower abdominal pain.
